Facilitating Experiential Learning with Virtual Reality
This study explores the utility of Virtual Reality (VR) as an experiential learning tool within educational settings. We developed specialized courseware designed to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes through immersive experiences. The effectiveness of the VR courseware was evaluated in a real classroom setting. This study highlights VR's potential to bridge the gap between traditional and experiential learning, engaging more students and particularly neurodivergent students in the classroom environment.
