Hotel Information

CUR has negotiated discounted hotel rates for National Conference on Undergraduate Research attendees. Using the links below, you can review the hotel options, make real-time reservations through our secure hotel booking website, or contact our housing provider by phone, fax or email. 

You must make your hotel reservation through Orchid Events. Hotel reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served, space available basis. Submit your request as soon as possible for the best opportunity of receiving your hotel choice.   

Orchid Events is the ONLY designated housing provider for NCUR 2025. Beware of companies misrepresenting themselves as affiliated with NCUR or the Event. For questions or special requests, please call 800-487-3700 or email help@orchid.events.

Ways to Book Hotel Reservations

All reservations must be received by March 17, 2025 to guarantee availability and conference rates.  After this date, reservations will be made based on availability and hotels may charge higher rates.   

Schools and Exhibitors Reserving a Room Block (5 or more rooms)

CLICK HERE and fill out a room block request form if you plan to book 5 or more rooms. Confirmation of rooms will be received within two weeks of form receipt.  

The Reservation Guarantee and Rooming List Deadline for group sub-blocks is February 15, 2025. All rooming lists must be accompanied by individual credit card guarantee. Reservations received without a valid guarantee will not be processed. Find payment instructions here.

Deposit

All reservation requests must be accompanied by a credit card guarantee for deposit of one night’s room and tax for each room reserved. Your credit card WILL NOT BE CHARGED during this initial stage and will be held as a GUARANTEE only.

Acknowledgments

Orchid Events will send reservation acknowledgements within 24 hours via email if booked online or by telephone. If you do not receive your acknowledgement in this time frame, contact Orchid Events. Final hotel confirmation numbers will be sent after housing close on March 17, 2025.  

Cancellations & Changes

Reservations cancelled after February 17, 2025 will be subject to a $50 cancel fee. One night’s room and tax will be charged by the hotel if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of arrival date. Through March 17, 2025, changes and cancellations can be made online or by contacting Orchid Events via email at help@orchid.events. After March 17, please contact your hotel directly to make changes and/or cancellations.
