Getting to and from the Conference
Parking a vehicle
NCUR 2023 participants must obtain a parking permit to park in designated lots on campus. The designated conference parking lots on campus are Hibbard Lot, Water St. Lot and Human Sciences and Services (HSS) Lot. A map of these lots can be found here. There are both vehicle (car, van) and bus permits available. ADA parking with a permit will be available for all conference attendees.

Bus Dropoff + Parking a Bus
If you have transported your students to NCUR 2023 in a bus, you may drop your students off and pick them up at the NCUR 2023 Bus Drop Off on the South side of W.R. Davies Center (77 Roosevelt Ave). We ask that you use this bus drop-off location as the city bus route will continue to run throughout the conference and we do not want to interfere with their routine. Bus parking will be in the Water St. parking Lot on the corner of Water St. and First Ave.

NCUR 2023 Hotel Shuttles
We have identified hotels into three different categories: Conference Hotels with Transportation, Conference Hotels without Transportation, and Additional Hotels. Please view the Hotels Information Page to see the list of these hotels. The fifteen hotels are on four distinct shuttle routes (Blue route, Gold route, Green route, Red route). Make sure you note which route you are on when you get on the shuttle in the morning, so you take the appropriate bus to return to your hotel in the evening.

- Luggage Check - Since most hotels have check-out by 11 a.m., we will be providing complimentary luggage check at Hibbard Hall (first floor) on campus for participants coming to campus for Saturday's portion of NCUR 2023.
- Saturday's shuttle is a one-way route to the campus. Participants will need to arrange transportation from the campus at the end of the conference.

Airport Options
Although we do have a regional airport, we are limited to one airline servicing the Chippewa Valley Regional Airport. The best option is to fly to the nearby Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport and drive 1.5 hours to Eau Claire. The drive from MSP to Eau Claire is an easy drive on Interstate 94. Should you want to view more of the beautiful Wisconsin scenery on your drive from the airport to campus, then flying into Mosinee or Madison is a better option for you. A visit to the Windy City before attending NCUR 2023 is always available when flying into O'Hare International Airport or Chicago Midway International Airport.

Driving Options
Whether you are riding a charter bus or driving a school vehicle, rental vehicle or personal vehicle, getting to Eau Claire is easy. We are located off of Wisconsin Interstate 94 at exits #59 (US-12), #65 (WI-37), #68 (WI-93), and #70 (UW 53).
